Short bio belo:
The Bronx-based Young Lye aka Porter Rich is a keg of gunpower waiting to explode.
The young MC is only 20, but he’s seemly ready to show the world his fire. Daddling in music since he was the age of 6 in a Hip-Hop group with his big brothers call ”The 3Angels”, Young Lye is a hard-hitting talent.
Appropriately named ”Young Lye” a derivative of ”Young Lion”. Young Lye is a cool mix of skills and style. His tracks are quality lethal productions, his vocals cutting viciously over heavy beats. The young lion has already had the pleasure of opening for some well-known names, including the likes of French Montana, Jada Kiss, Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, Styles P and FreeWay, just to mention a few.
His newest track, ”Hunnit Mill”, is a catchy and contagious banger that doesn’t get too poppy. His lyrics are visceral, backed by an equally slicing performance. The young man from the Bronx wastes absolutely no time showing why his track record and experiences are already at a good length despite his age.
The doors is flung wide open and upon entering is the main event talent of the stage. The crowd is hype and roaring, a few fist fights occur with fans, but once the lights dim and the dj spins that Young Lye’s track call ”Hunnit Mill” the crowd simmers down. The talent emerges to the stage and the sound barrier is broken by the screams from the fans.
Young Lye is going to be an exciting act to watch in the coming years. The experience certainly helps, but his talent as a performer is what will really catch your eyes. It will be interesting to see just how ‘young’ he will be in the near future.
